Agentic client acquisition for recruitment agencies

Our AI agent handles the manual, tedious work, so you’re the first recruiter in the room.

An AI agent works your desk overnight. By the morning a company in your market posts a role, it has found the company, judged it against your ideal client, picked the person who owns the headcount, verified their email and written the first message. You read the brief, tick the box, and it sends from your own inbox.

Works with the tools recruiters already use

Reads roles from job boards, applicant systems and companies' own careers pages. Built to connect to the CRM you already run.

The problem

Every morning, the same race. Most agencies start four days late.

Automated Client puts an AI agent on the job overnight, so you are in front of the hiring manager on day one while everyone else is still waiting for the role to show up on LinkedIn.

You hear about it a week late.

By then the hiring manager has taken a dozen agency calls and already decided who they trust.

You email the front desk, not the decision maker.

Guessed addresses bounce, and bounces cost you the mailbox for everyone.

Two of your consultants chase the same manager.

A spreadsheet is not an ownership system, and it shows.

What it does

Two halves of a recruiter's morning, done before they sit down.

One watches the accounts you already have. The other finds the ones you don't. Both end in the same place: a brief you can act on in fifteen minutes.

Accounts you have

Know the morning a client or target posts a role, from their own careers page.

  • Reads each account's careers page daily, not a job board.
  • AI labels each role with your seniority bands and specialisms.
  • A 7am digest, and the candidate pitch in one click.

Accounts you want

Every company hiring your titles, with the decision maker's verified email.

  • Screens the noise out for free, then AI applies your rules.
  • Finds the hiring manager and verifies their address.
  • AI writes the battle card and emails. You tick and send.

Works with what you already run

Your ATS stays the system of record.

Automated Client sits in front of it, not instead of it. It finds the signal and the person; your system keeps the candidates, the notes and the placements. Integrations that read your account ownership, contact history and candidate list are built with our founding partners, starting with whichever system they run.

Why it's different

Built for how an agency actually works, not for how a SaaS sales team blasts.

Source

Reads careers pages directly

Job boards lag by days and miss roles that never leave the company site. Automated Client reads the page the company controls, so you see roles the boards never show.

Agentic

An AI agent that shows its working

It runs each lead end to end and writes down every step: why the company qualified, who it picked and why, with a confidence score on each. AI you can audit, not a black box you have to trust.

Verified

No unverified email ever enters

Addresses are verified before a lead is ready. Catch-all domains are flagged as risky and held back. Your sending reputation is treated as the asset it is.

Owner

Ownership like a real agency

Everyone sees every account. One person owns it. Nobody can email a hiring manager a colleague already owns. Claim, request, reassign, all audited.

Voice

Sent from the recruiter's own inbox

Not a burner domain. Twenty to forty personal, role-specific emails a day from a consultant with a name, so replies land where the work happens.

Control

A dial, not a switch

Review every send, or queue leads to go out after a hold window unless you stop them, or let only high-confidence leads send themselves. Daily caps and automatic pause on bounces.

A day with Automated Client

Fifteen minutes of your morning. The rest was done while you slept.

05:00

Search

New adverts for your titles and cities are pulled and screened. Noise never costs you anything.

06:00

Read

Every tracked account's careers page is read. New, changed and closed roles are logged.

06:30

Qualify

Companies are identified and judged against your rules. Stakeholders found, emails verified, sequences drafted.

07:00

Your brief arrives

Ready leads, new roles at your accounts, and what was screened out and why. Open, read, edit, tick.

09:00

Send

Approved emails go from your own mailbox on a human schedule. Replies, bounces and unsubscribes flow back automatically.

Book a demo call

See your own market before you decide anything.

Tell us the job titles and cities your desk covers. We point the agent at them before we speak, so the call opens on the companies hiring in your market this week rather than a demo account. Twenty minutes, and you keep what we find either way.

Now booking

What the call covers

  • Your market, mapped live: the companies hiring your titles in your cities right now
  • Who owns the headcount at each one, with verified contact details wherever we find them
  • The first email the AI would write for one of them, in your voice, for you to pull apart
  • An honest read on whether this suits your desk, and what running it would actually involve
  • You keep the list of companies we find, whatever you decide afterwards

No deck and no pitch script. We are talking to a small number of agencies while the product is still being shaped, so if it is not right for your desk we will say so on the call.

Tell us your patch

We map it before the call.

Twenty minutes, by video. You'll get a booking link within one working day. We never email your candidates or clients.

Questions agencies ask

Straight answers.

Is this just ChatGPT with a job feed?

No. Cheap deterministic rules throw out the noise first, so the model is never asked to read thousands of irrelevant adverts. What is left goes through a fixed sequence of AI steps, each with a structured output and a confidence score: identify the employer, judge it against your rules, rank the people who could own the role, draft the battle card and the sequence. Every step is written to a check trail you can read, and nothing sends without a person ticking the box.

Is this a cold-email blast tool?

No. It sends twenty to forty personal, role-specific emails a day from a named consultant's own mailbox, each one about a job that company posted this week. Every lead has a human tick or a hold window before it goes. Bounces above 3% pause sending automatically.

Does it replace my ATS or CRM?

No, it sits in front of it. Automated Client finds the signal and the person; your system stays the record. The ownership model mirrors how a shared CRM already works, and integrations that read account ownership and candidates from your system are on the founders' roadmap.

Where does the data come from?

Roles come from the companies' own careers pages and from job boards. Company size and hiring stakeholders come from a licensed contact-data provider, with every email verified before use. You see the source of every fact in the check trail.

Does it work outside tech recruitment?

Yes. The seniority bands and specialisms are your own list, editable in settings, with presets for finance, healthcare, engineering and legal. The same engine runs any market where companies post roles.

What about compliance?

Business-to-business outreach under legitimate interest, sent from a real person, with one-click unsubscribe honoured permanently and a full audit log of who sent what to whom. Suppression lists cover clients, recent contacts, bounces and opt-outs.

Which countries does it work in?

Anywhere companies advertise roles online. The job sources it reads cover most English-speaking markets and much of Europe, and careers pages work anywhere. Tell us your cities on the call and we will show you the coverage before you decide.
